Mr Geer did an outstanding job selling my home during an extremely difficult time in my life (divorce). He took me through the processes that were needed to sell, and actually had someone lined up to look at the house the day after it went on the market. I had an offer within 72 hours. Gary was very understanding in helping us in selling our home. He made several recomendations to improve the appearance of the interior and exterior. We sat down and discussed pricing. We agreed on an asking price that would attract a potential buyer yet allowing us to sell in an acceptable price range. With his assistance this house was sold within one week. We strongly feel that without Gary's assistance and advise this would have not been acheived. We would definetely will consider using Gary again if the occasion arises.
